Unpaid Salary

I was employed by Mr Thabo Mogowane at mobi spa on 1st of june 2016 as an administrator and on the contract we both sigh. We agreed with the salary of R4500 p/m till today I haven't get paid, when I ask him about the payment he comes up with some excuses. By the end of july on 29 he gave me R500 saying that the outstanding balance I will receive it on the 1st of july of which I didn't get any payment, he didnt do as promised.

Please assist me regarding the matter.
