I got message on my mobile on 04/03/2015 as follows: "Your GSM number has own Rs. 3 crore 65 lac INR from ICC Cricket award 2015, to claim fund send name, phone no, ac/no, add, email to [email protected].

I sent my reply to the above email. Then they sent the email stating that to claim the lottery money, i need to register my account in RBI. for this Rs. 15,500 is needed. I made faith on that and sent rupees 15,500 on an account they sent through message to my mobile. The account holder's name is Kumar Gaurav, SBI account no: 20261518617 that was given to me. then they sent me .

Then they sent the second email to start the money transferring process as per their instruction. I did that. again the process stopped in the middle and required upgradation number. So again they told me to deposit rupees 49,900 for the same. But i did not do the deposit. since 10/03/2015 they have been asking me to deposit the money and to finish the transfer. But i have doubt on it. So please tell me what to do the next step. if it is fraud, please try to arrest the culprit who has taken my money Rs. 15,500 by cheating.
