Haven't received my parcel

Hello Pos Laju,

Berdasarkan website anda, parcel saya masih lagi tersangkut di Pos Laju KLIA Hub dan tiada update di dalam sistem anda.
Malah yang lebih mengecewakan, tiada no telefon bagi Pos Laju KLIA Hub di dalam web supaya mudah bagi pelanggan hubungi.
Sila kemaskini sistem anda sepertimana Malaysia Baru. Terima kasih.
