I already complaint yesterday thru customer service with reference 71652856620-1 the dedudction of 50sr automatically without consuming it thru voice call or data usage and received message this morning that it was already closed case, but just this afternoon i reloaded 10sr then immediately taken again.

Please deactivate all services if subscribed any. stop deducting my balance

Yesterday April 11, 2017 I went to customer service to complain regarding automatic deduction of all my load. Last few days I reload my sim with 50sr but in just a minute it became zero without doing nothing. Today morning I received sms from MOBILY that my complaint reference # 71652856620-1 is already closed. Just this night i reloaded again 10SR but upon calling my colleague here in the same place also just around 1 minute, the balance became 0 zero again. already 60sr were taken from automatically which i don't know.

Please remove if have any kind of subscription.

Unnecessary deduction
