I always received a promo/advertisement but it always deducted my load and even my short messages (SMS) I always charge twice. How can be stop this kind of problem its annoying to me.

When I received promo my account balance was always deducted and if send short messages it always charge twice. I want to stop this so that I will use my load amount in a proper and be happy using Mobily sim.

It's going on for sometime now, but my mobily pre-paid gets deducted by a few halalas every time that eventually consumes my entire charge. I'm not using it for anything at all and yet almost every time my charge would get deducted. I did not subscribe to any extra services at all and my mobile data is always off.
