Dec 31, 2016 FZ335, was scheduled for 1030am departure. Current time is 3:15pm but we don't know what's happened whom to contact why flight is delayed. Is it delayed or cancelled? Children are crying here senior citizens are in trouble. Terminal 2 shows total kios.

First time in my life I saw these sort of incident and mismanagement in Dubai Specially.

And it proves Flydubai management is incompetent to handle or face public issue properly. Flydubai should compensate the headache given to customers.

I am regular traveller next time I will considere first before taking fly Dubai flight.
