Failure of delivery

Shirking of responsibility by Certis Cisco Officer who claimed that delivery was done

On 21 Dec 2022, I took leave and waited 5½ hour from 1pm to 6.30pm to collect work pass for my mum's helper at her house in Woodlands. I called MOM hotline to check on the delivery of the work pass and was told nothing could be done as it was handled by 3rd party vendor. The Certis Cisco Officer did not arrive and instead a SMS was sent to justify his failure to deliver and claimed that there was no show, but I was there! My mum's neighbours can vouch for me as we chatted. There was no call from Certis Cisco Officer (3rd party) to check with me which is the standard practice. Please compensate my paid leave, carpark fee of S$7.00 and time wasted.

I lodged complaint of this incident the following day as it was past office hour. Till now there is no response from MOM and Certis Cisco. In addition, MOM is not being flexible and understanding. The mailing address to send FWD WP cannot be changed to sponsor's house who is the son of the employer. My mum is recuperating at my house after operation and underwent chemotherapy as she cannot lives alone in Woodlands. It is not appropriate to leave the new helper to take care of a frail elderly in a house without supervision.
