On 7/29/08 I received a advance of $255.00 from Money and More. On 08/12/08 payment of $300.00 was made paying off the advance in full.
On 5/26/10 I was contacted by RoVo & Associates as being turned over to collections for this loan. I faxed the copy of the bank statement showing the loan and payment.
On 10/5/11 I was again contacted by another collection agency for this same loan. Again I faxed the paper work showing the loan and payment.
On 2/28/12 I have once again been contacted by yet a third and differenct collection agency. Again I faxed the paper work showing the loan and payment.
I would like to stop this company from turning a paid in full loan over to collections.

I am currently going through the same thing. I recieved a deposit in my account in 2008 and within four days they had their money back. I was turned over to collections in 2010, sent them my bank statement and was told this was over. Two years later, here I go again. I am told by this collection agency it is for interest. Intererst on a four day loan? Really? I called my local police department and reported this and I am calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow as well. Have you had any luck resolving this?
