This people at money network are a scam. First they tell me they are gonna send me a letter to dispute and get a provisional credit Wich took almost 6 days to get to me I fill it up and send it back and I call and they tell me I can only get the credit beetween 10 days of my dispute and the letter hasn't gotten to them yet so by the time they got it my 10 days was over . So they basically stole 6 days out of my 10 days wtf. And now they say it might take 49 days for the investigation .why do I have to wait because their bank or whatever got hacked . I didn't loose my card. It should be their responsibility to have my money safe and how can I be making a transaction in s.c and 2 min later someone is draining my account and the people in charge off keeping my money safe don't stop it. Incompetent people and then Everytime I call they have no updates or any information they just tell me to wait. Bitch I got bills to pay. Fxk this money network I'm getting another bank. And now I see all this comments about people saying their claim was denied. Can someone tell me if I can sue money network because if it was their money they would be sending me to the collection agency and they would get their money back but us the poor and hard working people get fuxked by them. It's not right .
