So I have a money network account with a debit/ credit card. My weekly payroll load is put on this card every week thru one of my 3 jobs. About a month ago I received a call from someone saying they are from the frauds dept and noticed somebody was trying to make a 150 charge using my card in a Walmart in Florida. They say you are in central NY correct? I said yes, and I didn't authorize the purchase. They say well that's why we flagged your account. Then ask me if I would like a new card sent out. I said absolutely. After asking me a bunch of security questions they assure me my card is being expedited. Well after 2 weeks no card. I call and ask they say we have no record of speaking with you. Red flags!! They offer to send another card after questions again. Fast forward to last week. I have new card rather quickly after 2nd call. For a couple weeks everything is fine. Well 3 days ago I check online to see if my payroll went thru. It did, well 2 hours later im at atm trying to withdraw most of it. Atm says insufficient funds. Im like what? I look online and someone wrote an electronic check 45 mins after my money was loaded. They took all but 11 bucks. I immediately call customer scam I mean service and they apologize and state they are refunding my money asap and they are sorry that happened. Offer to block account and send yet another card within 24 hours. I call next morning to check status. They say oh we aren't refunding your money but a new card is coming. Our policy is you need to fill out a form and they need to investigate the charge. It may take up to 45 but not limited to 90 days for them to decide if I get it back. Seriously? I never made that purchase which was a transcheck purchase. Wtf is that? This place is a scam. A shell company to steal your money don't trust them. Look elsewhere for a bank. All foreign people working there phones. Can't understand them. A joke!!
