I purchased a Money Pack card I was asked upload my ID I did I was told that they cannot verify my information and that the transaction will not be made I will be sent a refund for the $440.00 that I loaded onto the card but I haven’t received anything and there’s no number to call to talk with a person, when you call the number on the back of the card it states that this is the only Moneypack number do not call any other number online . There is no way to get in contact Moneypack. They took my $450.00 for my bills I need my money back.
