I bought 2 moneypak reload cards. Each with $500 dollars, to load onto my debit card.

After entering the first card, I was prompted to upload the front and back of my ID for verification.

3 times received emails stating the ID was not legible and to resubmit. I did so.

This is the 4th email I received.

For your security, we asked you to upload a photo ID to verify your identity before loading your card. We were not able to verify your identity with the photo ID provided. This profile has been blocked and you will not be able to load your card or create a new profile with this profile information.

There is no getting around this. Once they block your profile, you cannot create a new one. You can not attempt to submit your ID again. Refund is the only option. 7-10 business days for a check.

The only reason I used this service was because I did not have a local bank to visit. Now I have to find a place to cash these checks and have 1k in limbo while I wait.

There is no customer service number for this service. There is no way to contact the company. This is the worst.
