Loaded $60 cash that I borrowed from a friend onto a Moneypak card with pin at Dollar General on Aug 16, 2021 so I could load it to my Greendot Walmart Money Card that evening so I could pay my car insurance the next morning before it lapsed. I went to the Moneypak site to create an account, which required me to scratch the silver off to reveal the pin and then I provided all my information including name, address, phone number, email, birthday, last four of SS# and created a password. When I did that it took me back to the log in page and I have never been able to get back in. I spent the better part of two days tryinng to figure out how to reach a live person at Moneypak while trying everyday possible to get back into my account. WHen I finally learned how to reach a live person, I was hung up on three times by different reps. NO ON KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING? I asked to speak to a supervisor on my 4th attempt and was given a person who was just another rep who confirmed that all the information that I was entering to get in my account was correct. Every bit of information that igave them was correct, and she was- two days after the date that I desperately needed the money- telling me that only three attempts were allowed per day and that I should try back tomorrow after I explained that my insurance was lapsed and i was now being forced to risk everything by driving without insurance, and i had to basically scream at her to make it clear that this was no acceptable and that i would have the same results tomorrow because -DUH- it wasnt any issue with my information. i then asked to speak to someone above her and was told no supervisors were available, which is when i found out she was not a supervisor. she said one could call me back within 4 hours, to which i replied i knew that whole rigamore and knew that meant no one would be calling me back but i took the reference number and as predicted, NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO CALL ME. On Friday the 20th, I filled out a request refund online and i received two mails that are ridiculously ignorant because the first (sent to me on the 22nd) tells me nothing and puts the ball back into my shoes. Says they would like to talk to me further but leave no number. WTF? and the second (also received on the 22nd states that its been days that they have tried to reach out to me and it was the same F--KING day! Are you kidding me? Really? Really? I am at risk of losing my car everyday and my life hitting rock bottom because my insurance has lapsed. Ive spent easily 10-12 hrs of my time on this already. THIS IS BULLSHIT AND I AM MOTHER F--CKING PISSED BEYOND WORDS. Both emails are below. I WANT MY MONEY BACK STAT, MO FOS!!!!!!!!! THIS IS STRAIGHT UP FRAUD, NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS ABOUT IT. I want to sue. Anyone involved in a mass lawsuit, please contact me.
