Good afternoon, I am sending you this complaint because of how disappointed I was when I opened my new box of crackers that I bought on Friday.
I am on an eating regiment and was craving your crakers with cheese. I have been buying your brand for over 30 years.
I cut my cheese and place my fruit on my plate, then I open my new box and notice that the crackers are so dark. I try one and it is bitter....this just took away my appetite. I open the second pack and they are also not edible.
We are in the middle of another snow storm so I am stuck with no crackers.
Sorry about the complaint but I just had to let you know. Thank you and hope this is not going to happen again!!,
