The motor to my HealthMaster died, but I wasn't too concerned because I was aware of its lifetime warranty that is supposed to cover the motor. I learned that Tri-Star Products will not honor the lifetime warranty because they discontinued that particular motor's model number, NOT the blender. I told them I don't care whether I have the same motor, I just want a blender that works. The two people with whom I spoke, both in the polite Indian manner, repeatedly refused to replace the blender. I even told them that I would take a refurbished model.
I asked to be redirected to an office in the US, but the two reps with whom I spoke insisted that they were located in Fairfield, NJ. I asked for a corporate number, but was told that that was not possible. I asked the 2nd man who was supposed to be above the 1st call taker if he could transfer me to his supervisor. He said that there was no one higher than him. I said, "Oh, so you are accountable to no one, sign your own paycheck and hired yourself?" The repetitive reply was always "So sorry for the inconvenience." I told them he should be apologizing for the dishonesty. What a shame.

I am now seeing the EXACT same experiences all over the internet for HealthMaster and for other TriStar products. I'll never buy ANY TriStar product again, because the company is corrupt. Wish there were a class-action lawsuit I could join.
