I had your firm represent me for a terrible accident I suffered at a work site which your firm determined was a Workman's comp case in Florida. I fell from a third floor to a second floor onto concrete over 15~20 feet (see attached) where I remained uncontious for a length of time according to fellow workers.

When I finally came to I tried to move but could not due to the sever pain I was experiencing from my ribs and back mainly my spine area after the fall.

I spent a week in ICU before coming closer to a nearby hospital which is blocks fromy home. Where I have been ever since 9/21/2002 other than to visit assigned Dr. visits not being able to work or apply for Disability benefits.

The injuries i suffered which were and are sever according to the specialist I have seen including the first Dr. I was told to visit by Workman's comp Dr. at Conviva medical center after my accident and still suffer to this very day.

The insurer once hearing that sent me to other specialist which concluded from the MRI CD its not that bad and needed NO surgery at all which should have been the first red flag.

My M&M attorney at the time a Mrs. Rachel Dobson which whom I spoke with ONCE on the phone in five months ! Five months ! and that was for mediation purposes period.

Mrs.Dobson mentioned in an email I must follow their instructions so it didn't seem like I was uncooperative which I did per her advise.

All other communications with Mrs. Dobson was via email mainly with the paralegals never ever her you can verify from records for yourself.

After five months nurturing ten broken ribs and two fractured vertebrae the T9 and L3.I started to experience involuntary muscle movments twitching while sleeping.

My family members were so concerned they video taped me during these episodes which I have still. These episodes which i am still experiencing cause me to lose my balance when walking that's how I fell and broke my head and injured my knee. See attached.

I shared my concerns with the Dr.'s and my attorney which brushed it off never ever validating my concerns ! why is that ?

The physical therapist after seeing the videos and pictured discontinued my sessions without a medical release which never was addressed.

I was medically released weeks later to go back to work by Workman's Comp even after sharing the videos and pictures which surprised me and my family since I still suffer to this day pretty much confined to my bed and sitting no longer than 10-15 minutes at a time without pain.

I immediately contacted my attorney with my concerns to no avail.Sounds like I was ignored ? You betcha !!!

As my University Law Professors always said "if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it's not a chicken it is what it is !

I constantly advised my attorney emailing her and paralegals the entire time over months insisting that the Workman's comp Dr's were not looking out in my best intreast and that maybe I should get a second opinion which fell on deaf ears the ENTIRE time.

Did you hear from her ? Neither did I... crickets !

As a matter of fact the only time I visited the firms office was to pick up my settlement check.

I was scheduled for mediation which require me pretty much to settle given I was medically released so no more monitary compensation and I was told by the mediator I was lucky to get 25k of which 18k was my half for my life long injuries how obtuse.

Did my attorney stand up for me in the phone call ? Not once ! What's wrong with that picture?

After seeking a second opinion shortly after closing my case on her advise due to my continued pain.

I sought out a board certified private Nurologist and Surgeon which after just five minutes of looking at the CD reach his conclusion it was clear to him from the Hospital MRI of my spine which my attorney had all that time five months mind you that I will need spinal surgery maybe two if I wanted to aliviate my pain. ( See attached).

He concluded and that I'm lucky not to have been injured further by the scheduled therapy assigned by Workman's comp which caused me further injuries like a broken head and knee injuries and I have pics and documentation to prove it yet nothing was contested by the firm at all! how does this happen I wrote her its horrific.

I certainly feel I was NOT represented fairly at all by your firm and I have substantial documentation to prove it which clearly point to that fact contrary to you commercials and mission statement the firm is not working for the people its out for itself which is painfully clear.

I worked for CBS News network in Miami for a decades and my friends in the News room whom I still stay in contact with could not belive what I was saying not to mention what I had been through with and the shabby representation at best I recieved from your prestigious firm NOT !.

Maybe I should get them to do a special news story on what happened to me. See what they discover in their investigation.

For the people quite contrare. I wish John Morgan from your firm would contact me I'd tell him something smells rotten in Denmark 🇩🇰 and it ain't cheese ! 😠 😡 👿 😤

Since then it has come to my attention how the workman's comp laws work in Florida however never from anyone in your firm. I hadn't heard a whisper until now from anyone.

The conclusion? I'm being told by a family friend and personal injury attorney my remedies are now limited now because of the workman's comp classification by your firm which I should have had explained to me but never was.

I now have very limited legal recourse as a remedy for my injuries which have been and are life altering due to that fact that NO one not once ever sat down to explain the ramifications of that representation long term.

The statutes have an umbrella clause which I was never ever advised about in five months as I have mentioned previously by my attorney why is that ? I would think that would be the first conversation between attorney and client don't you think ! I do !! 😠 😡

I'm now am pretty much stuck with permanent injuries for the rest of my life in pain and will need surgeries for the ridiculous settlement I was offered which will NOT cover future medical bills.

Just yesterday I had a conversation with a family physician while in a emergency room with a family member and I took the liberty of sharing a pic of my injuries with him and needless to say he was shocked and appalled ! How can this be !

As a matter of fact I recieved a follow up email link today for feedback which will not open I'm sure the attorney was afraid of what I might share !
