Every time I see a Morgan & Morgan ad I cringe and turn the channel. Why? I'll tell you why.
That slogan "for the people" is just a crock. I called your firm after the hospital my sister was in
killed her. Yeh she died when she was in for an irregular heartbeat. A nurse even stated the "pick"
in her arm was not done right. They killed her, period.

So my Mother who depended on her was alone. My sister stayed with her and took care of her. My other
sister and I live several hours away and it was a great help for the family that she was there.
So yes I called your firm. I gave information for 20-30 minutes and was told that an actual lawyer
would contact me for further information as it did seem like a case. Later that day I was contacted
by someone and I retold the story and gave additional information. I was told I would be contacted
regarding proceeding with a lawsuit. Medical malpractice.

So I waited 2 weeks and I figured and even told my sister that you were "on the case". I waited another
2 weeks and thought "OK they are pursuing it". My mistake. After 5 weeks I called and finally got thru
to someone that stated, we aren't going to pursue that case. WHAT? You never called me, I had to
wait 5 weeks only to be told you aren't going to take the case. WHY did you not call me. I could have
gotten another firm that was willing to take the case, but now after 5 weeks the hospital had time to
destroy and hide the evidence. Did anyone even try to call NO!!! You had several numbers that I had
given to both parties that "interviewed" me.

So "For the People" I think not, for the hospital is what I saw. This happened over 2 years ago and the
hospital has since CLOSED due to several lawsuits. Clark Regional Medical Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

So my Mother is still alone. And the doctor and nurses are still working at other facilities, probably
killing other patients. And my Mother goes on over and over about how the nurse said they should not have
taken the pick out. And then I have leave and drive 2 hours home and she is alone again. She has to live
with it but your people don't have to think about it because they decided not to take the case. And they
didn't call me to tell me that decision.

So again when I see your commercials I fume and change the channel.

I went online and filled out for a free evaluation. I got a call the next day and after speaking ever so briefly about what happened and that with my car accident there was no injuries I was told that they would not except my case. I had an accident and was hit by a drunk driver and the driver did not produce proof of insurance and to get my car fixed there is a $1000.00 deductible all the while I use my car to work and make a living. There were no injuries so I am assuming that is why they would not take the case. When I asked why the lady said there were too many reasons why and it would take too long to go into it. So the Atty that is FOR THE PEOPLE in my opinion is a bunch of BS. I bet since there was no injuries that it was not a large enough case for them to take on. Not making them a ton of money. When I see JOHN MORGAN on TV with his I am a CHRISTIAN crap--- and I am for the people then apparently he has not read what the bible says and is just power and money hungry. Stay away from this firm.
