It's always something in this community. The class action law suits seem not to phase Morgan Properties at all. Another winter with the same roof leak since 2018 and now my HVAC system stopped working, lets see what happens.

Please let us knwo how we can join a class action suit against Morgan Properties for unsafe conditions and lack of repairs.

Honestly - I don';t cafe that they fired the maintenance team before hiring a new one-- that is not my problem.. what is my problem is the lack of any professionalism, and responses to CRIES FOR HELP

very unahppy tenant at Cranbury Crossing

Hello: Lack of maintenance - Dog poop overflowing from garbages, teh proerty at Cranbury Crossing is falling apart, has lead in the water, and this past weekedn closet doors, despite requestes for repairs, fell atop my head causing injury. Mangement does not respond to requests for repairs and is absent ont eh weekend,,, HELP US PLEASE

I had issues with my neighbors which forced me to move. I was already unhappy by how much my rent went up each renewal and the fact that every time my neighbor flushed their toilet (if someone was in my shower) scalding hot water came down on me or my 7 year old son! The basements flooded frequently which resulted in horrible mildew and mold. Now they are charging me for bed bug extermination even though I've never had bed bugs and do not have them. People know if they have bed bugs for goodness sake. I already paid the early termination fee even though it was their fault for not doing anything about my neighbor who harassed me and threatened physical violence. It's been such a nightmare dealing with them. Please let me know if there is any real effort to start a class action lawsuit. I'm willing to gather my other former neighbors (I got along with all except the ones who lived above me) because I know they're displeased with the conditions as well.
