We were lied to and told that surrendering our old highlander would not hurt us because we were purchasing a new highlander. They brought the new highlander to our home with ta contract with payments that we had agreed on. Then we found out 2 months later that they still did not have it financed. We also found out that the old toyota had affected our credit adversly. It is now October and we still have not received license plates for the car either. This is not ok and seems fraudulent even. I have 2 signed contracts no license plates and the tire warranty/protection that was supposed to be put on the car belongs to a dodge durango.

We bought our Toyota Highlander in March of 2020 it is now October of 2020 and we still do not have license plates. Also when we bought the car we were quoted a monthly payment and they brought the car to our home we signed the paperwork and were given copies of it. Believing all was good. Moss Brothers told us to surender our old highlandet to the dealership because they could not do a trade in on it since there was to much owed on it. We trusted them, they said it would not affect us. Now it is on our credit as a bad debt. Also we found out 2 months after we had the new toyota that we were driving a car that still wasn't financed. They told us we needed to do new paperwork and that our payment was going to be higher. We were pissed but what could we do as we had already surrendered the other car and we had to have a car. This place is shady and now I still don't have plates for the car.
