I purchased some eyedrops that were advertised as available on the site on August 10, 2011 in the total amount of $48:00 and paid using PayPal. After weeks of not receiving the prodcalled their products I emailed their Customer Service. I did not receive a reply until about 2 wks later. "Tatiana" informed that she was sorry but they no longer had the product in stock and they will send me a refund within 2 weeks. That was back in September of 2011. Uptill now, I have not received the refund and probably never will, Customer Service no longer reply to my emails, their 800 number does not work, but they are still offering new items for sale on their site. MOTHERNATURE.COM IS SCAM, SCAM SCAM!!! Stay away from this site. I have already reported them to BBB.
