LOST MY PHONE, WANT TO TACK AND BLOCK MY PHONE

I have lost my motorola mobile with IMEI numbers as given below on today:

IMEI 1: 351891082018554
and
IMEI2: 351891082018562

kindly block my device so that others can not access this. I have made one general diary at nearby police station regarding that too. Kindly block my mobile as soon as possible. The bill of the mobile and general diary details are attached herewith.
