Non reciveving of amt to the payee

BOI - Rs 20717 has been Debited to Your Ac XX0652 from POS-MOTO TPSL on 27-11-18.Avl Bal 7451.17.In ref of above my bank massage I have deposited said amt to banasthsli vidyapweth but still they have not received same or returned back in my SBAcct.This is very painful for me as this is fee of my doughter
