I have booked my Motor Cycle (TVS Star City) Model-2006 alongwith household articles from Ernakulam South Jn. to Bhubaneswar on 27.05.2015 through Railway parcel vide challan/receipt No.R-780940. But, only household articles have been received by me on 21.06.2015 from Bhubaneswar Railway Station. On asking about my Motor Cycle, the CPS Bhubaneswar informed me that the present status of your Byke has not been trace out and assured me that as and when any information about the Byke will be received, the same will be communicated to me immediately. But, after lapse of 1 &1/2 months no any information about my Byke has been received to me. In this regard I have visited Bhubaneswar Railway station 5-6 times and met with the Railway Authorities of Bhubaneswar Railway Station. But, they have not given me any fruitful reply. I am very puzzle and harassed about my Motor Cycle. Hence, it is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken in this regard please. My Mobile No. is 7205518385.
