I, Kumar a/l Kaneson @ Annandahkumar from Penang, Malaysia. I'm working as a Professional Financial Consultant for Public and Private Limited Companies. The reason I sent you this email is to make a complaint about unsatisfied service that I had received from Honda Companies/Dealers.

Please be informed that I bought the Honda Civic Lunar Silver Metalic (NH-830M) from Motoria Sdn. Bhd. 17 Jalan Chain Ferry, 13700 Prai, Penang, Malaysia on 21/2/2017. My 1st car service was done on 11/12/2017 and 2nd car service on 20/4/2018. During my 2nd service the Motoria Car Service Center unable to do wheel balancing and alignment. They informed me that the machine is out of service and requested me to do wheel balancing & alignment at any auto service.

As such, I went to CYT Tyres & Auto Sdn Bhd (Non-Honda dealer). The technician/mechanic told me that the car front tyres having some problem with steering rack as such its vibrate and the steering is not stable. If I never rectified this problem, the front left tyre would damaged fast and when you drive on the highway the steering will lead to vibrate and lost stability. In short, it is not save to drive long distance.

Since the car is still under warranty they want me to refer to Honda Car Service Center. As such, I sent my car to Motoria Sdn Bhd Service Center on 2/5/2018. Again, they told me that the wheel balancing & alignment machine is out of order and also there is no problem with front wheels.

Certainly, when I drove the car, I felt the car steering is not in balance especially when you drive 120 km/h which the car lead to one side (left) and the steering is shaking and jerking. However, I call the Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia toll free number 1-800-88-2020. I had talked to Mr Azim. He really helpful and promptly look into my problem by getting Motoria Sdn Bhd to call me to arranged an appointment on 18/6/2018 to check the car. This time they sent my car to Vivahill Sdn Bhd, Bayan Lepas, Penang to do the wheel balancing & alignment. They sent me a report that there is no problem.

The problem do persisted and I sent my car to Newin Auto Sdn Bhd (Non-Honda dealer. The technician told me that the steering rack damaged. I need to referred to Honda Service Center in order to change the "Steering Rack". Furthermore, they do encountered similar cases with regards to New Model Honda Civic. The technician told me that she willing to explained to Honda technician about this matter. Also, they recommended JM Motor Venture (Honda Dealer) in 2670, Jalan Song Ban Keng, Taman Bukit, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia.

As such, I call the Honda Malaysia toll free center and talked to Ms Hema on 17/8/2018. Seriously, as of to date there is nobody look into this matter/problem.

I hope that I had explained good enough about what happened from the day one I purchased the car from Motoria Sdn Bhd (Honda Dealer).
