1.Complain against: service provide and mobile repairing
2.My mobile(MOTO X Play: IMEI No :358953062983653) is NOW under custody of Motorola authorized center with the job sheet number : STE/MG/16/01093 ,SYSCOMP INFOSOL,BD-79 SALTLAKE CITY,NORTH 24 PARGANAS,BIDHANNAGAR,KOLKTA
3.At the time of mobile handover to customer care representative Shreya Dey my mobile is working stage with phone in and out calling facility,only screen broken badly. PFA the mobile picture at the timing of handover my mobile reflecting in the screen(MOTO X Play: IMEI No :358953062983653).
4.Complain they have taken after verify the phone again screen damage only. Problem Code Display Internal(ref. To JobSheet)
5.Phone is on warranty period PFA the Bill for Phone(Purchase date 19/04/2016 through flipkart)
6.They taken my sign over customer Information Slip after written
"Phone May be return same condition in same condition and pay 172" ,in that fact I was not agreed nd I have signed there forcefully otherwise they are not willing to take my phone for repairing.
6.The duplicate copy of customer Information Slip was not given to me even after taking my sign and I requested them to also given me duplicate copy as I have signed there forcefully.I have taken a image and attached here the same.
8.The customer representative lady tell me that my phone screen got damage and no problem over motherboard and accordingly I am taking the complain against phone screen damage in job sheet.
9.Again she uttered at the time of returning the phone the condition may be much bad and your phone may be reach to Dead condition.
Because at the time of repair it may damage the mother board.
also she told me even your warranty period not yet expired but if the mother board effected during repairing ,warranty will be void
and Motorola will not be responsible for that.
From the above points(1-9) can you please help me to come in to conclusion in the following points
1.I am not sure when my phone is in Motorola custody and at the time of repairing if any thing got damaged or broker why customer need to take responsibility for the same.
2.If I pay the charges for screen damage thing which will not cover trough warranty condition then why my warranty will be void after repairmen.
3.In warranty eve if I am not given that facility how my warranty of the mobile get void automatically before the end date of warranty
4How customer desh from authorized center can tell me your motherboard may be damaged by the technician even they confirm no issue with motherboard during phone handover.
My request to you and your team,
Motorola is a very prestigious company and this kind of customer relationship and service never expected from the renowned company.
I hope the complain Number 160814-007296 you have launched d against my complain details as per the call details and above description hope will be able to provide proper service and I wil get my phone and it will be recovered with perfect condition.
