I had the worst experience at Mr Lube at the Bow Trail SW location.

I was teaching my 16 year old son how to get his oil changed. When we drove in, I explained to the tenant that we only wanted the standard oil change for $60. Nothing extra today. He said that was no problem, but of course he had to go through all the up sell services they offer.
My son politely said no to everything when I was asked to get out of the passenger side so they could check the cabin air filter. When I was out of ear shot, they had tricked my son in to going with an $20 engine flush, as he didnt know there was an upcharge and the guy said it like it was included. Imagine our surprise with the bill. I asked to have the Manager call me, and over a month later I havent heard a thing. This is the type of behaviour that cost them years of business from not only my family but all my sons new friends that are just getting their licenses. This was a disgusting experience and I cannot recommend more that you reconsider going to another business for service.

I've had 3 oil changes here - about 6 months apart:
1st one - they forgot to put the engine coolant dipstick back into the opaque black coolant overflow bottle - totally impossible to check engine coolant level without that - phoned them and they found it and brought it to my home. No real problem BUT what if I had not checked immediately and noticed the missing dipstick? That would have been a much different story.
2nd one - succumbed to a pushy sales pitch for an coolant flush and replacement. Didn't find out until a year later that the coolant installed by them is good only to -18 F or -28 C. It routinely gets colder than that every winter. I calculated the actual water/antifreeze mix - I got ripped off for a liter of antifreeze! They should have put 8 liters into my 16 liter cooling system - instead they only put 7 liters in. Sneaky way to up the profit margin - replace antifreeze with water!
3rd one - during the "free" inspection of my engine air filter, they ripped my existing filter when reinstalling it - so that a significant portion of the air going into my engine was bypassing the filter for the last 6 months.

Found #2 and #3 myself today - NEVER, EVER going near a Mr Lube again. Why should I have to check their work?
