Was booking this flight under the total of £80. Was surprised to see the invoice on £125. Hidden charges are against the law! Pls find attached.

This is a fraud for my opinion and I'm going to contact my credit card company.
I called first thing when ur offices were open and been told that I cannot do anything beside contacting the head office.
they put me on hold for 25 minutes before hanging the phone. Agent was Mario and he wasn't willing to do anything besides finishing the call! Was very rude and aggressive and for £50 service charge I think service should be better.
They advise me to put a complaint and I'm doing it here, pls refund me that £50 hidden service charge. When I was trying today to book again with my visa debit card, the total was £90.
