I personally think the girls at Miss Fields are amazing. I have never been treated with disrespect. The manager could not have payed more attention to the customers while i was at he booth. The manager was strick on the girls to stay busy but that was done to show them whose boss. Im having a hard time reading these other complaints because i could never see these group of hard workers leave a customer waiting for 30 mins?. Thank you for having such a good group of workers and im proud to stick up for them.

You have a lot of craps going on at the Mrs Fields Kiosk at cherry vale mall. You have one girl comes named Frankie and hangs around there for 4 to 5 hours. your employees including the manager (Sheryl) don't pay attention to the customers. They call friend at work, and they gang up, talk and laugh so loud, they are so much annoyed in the mall. I and my 3yrs old daughter waited for cookies 35 minutes, because they were gossiping with girl named Frankie. so ask surrounding kiosk, they said girl named Frankie comes there to hang around with them 5 hours. that's the reason they don't pay attention to the customer properly. Wish you will make it better.
