My best guess is when years ago bought a Windows phone for my wife, signed up for a free trial to what I think was called zune music and microsoft had been billing ever since.service was never actually used and that phone didn't last long anyway.I tried to unsubscribe a while ago but was never able to trace the account online.what are my chances of getting refunded by MS corp.?
