I have tried multiple times to get a multi-billion dollar company to admit they might be the technical problem. I realize I am not likely to be a PCH winner, yet when an elderly, poor, disabled lady like me plays for enjoyment, and ends up more frustrated than relaxing, I should not play. PCH advertises it, makes you believe it to be fun, yey the videos their sponsors pay for between games are a joke. YOU CAN"T GET THEM TO PLAY! So, can't play the games, they tell me it's cache and cookies, browser, Windows, internet, and this last time tell me it's my computer. I have checked internet and found that hundreds of thousands of other complaints have been submitted to them, yet they all must be playing on MY faulty computer. Hey PCH! EVERYBODY IS OUT OF STEP, BUT PCH? FIX YOUR ISSUES!!!!
