on 1st Dec 2012 for making a dynamic website. at agreement time Mr. Sunil Sharma said that he will take 2 days for designing phase after that within 6 working days he will complete my website today is 17th working days but yet even not completed designing phase.
whenever i had call to Mr. Sunil he not pick my call , whenever pick my call he said that within 1 hours, 2 hours, till evening we will complete your website.
i had already pay 80% amount of website at agreement time.
