This is connected somehow with a firewall we purchased with BEST BUY what a scam

I having trouble stopping a repeating payment of 7.48 dollars for office 365 on my credit card each month, I tried the msbill info but it show an a account that was expired several years ago, I no longer have the laptop that was using it. It's been a couple of months now and I want it stopped.

My daughter has spoken to your company and I was supposed to get a $32.24 credit to my checking account for an order of Minecraft. within 72 hours. Still waiting for that credit since July 27th!!! There is no phone number available online or through the bank ...What is your company hiding!!??? She used my checking account for the use of Minecraft because you said you could not find our original payment on July 5th but later said yes that payment was justifiable and that you should not have charged us again on July 17th. WHERE IS MY CREDIT OF $32.24? 10 days later, not just 72 hours later. I am on a retirement budget and do not have the extra money you have taken from me for a mistake on your part...not finding the original payment on July 5th from the same checking account. Please answer back with a phone number to talk with your company so I can get the credit that should have been given 7-8 days ago.

June 15 2017 an unauthorized charge of $48.14 was made to my pay pal account . I tried to get someone to contact me or that I could contact to discuss this but your website is not very communicable. We have not received any new items and should have no subscription fees. the product description was whale shark cash card grand theft auto V and free bull shark cash card. My grandson orders but he has not ordere,d anything. He cannot order without getting the password from me; and, yes I do change it. I am requesting a clarificiation of what this charge is or a credit to my pay pal account. You will see from my account that MS bill also messed up on our $69 purchase of a year subscription to online game. I was charged twice for it but did catch that.
While I have your ear who can explain to me the Microsoft techs. I have had some real bad experiences with persons who represent themselves as Microsoft. I now am paying for a tech site that has been ok.

I recieved receipt of an unauthorized purchase from 'Microsoft Corporation for 'Apocalypse' in the amount of $15.93 @ 2:39 a.m. I did not purchase nor approve this transaction and look for an immediate response, as well as refund to my account.

This company has taken money from my Pay Pal account UNAUTHORIZED for over 2 years. It totals over $400 !!!! I have tried many times to contact Microsoft to get this cancelled to no avail. This is ridiculous. I even quit using Pay Pal and refused to put any money in the account for six months. I recently added some to my account to order something for me and when I did this happens. I am certain this is some sort of scam. BUYER BEWARE!! This is ridiculous!! These people are stealing my money and getting away with it.
