[Resolved] unauthorized order/charge

To whom it may concern,

On July 18-19, 2018 , an amount of Rp. 1,199,999 (MICROSOFT) was charged to my credit card Master Card-BCA 5409-12XX-XXXX-3408 without my consent.

I want a refund of that amount within the next 1 week, and expect that you will stop immediately those charges
