Dear Sir,

Every month since july we are getting huge amount in bill.. In july we got a bill of approxkmately ₹43000.

In June 2016-
our unit for may was- 2597
June 2016- 2856
So bill for june was 2856-2597= 259 we got proper billing till june.

In july 2016,
Our unit for june was considered 1 ( i dont know why??? It should have been 2856)
Our unit for july was 2960
So bill for july had to be ( 2960-2856= 104) but we got unit as ( 2960-1= 2959) approx ₹43000

The photograph that they take of the meter was completely unreadable. It was a complete blurr image. Dont they even verify whether the meter readimg was taken correctly?? What do they get paid for

We made a complain for the same, so the incharged authority says, your previous month unit was 259, how come this time it can b 104, you must have definitely done something with your meter. So we told him it was summer in may- june, the AC used to b on. Fan were runnning almost 24 hours, but june- july is rainy season, people are back to school and work nobody stays at home the whole day. So electricity comsumption is very low, so the meter reading is low. Then he says Ohhh u have AC, so u should get a high bill all round the year. I said what nonsense, irrespective of we use the AC or not we should get high bill for what reason.. So he did some manipulation and gave us a bill of ₹3000. He told utna to bharna hi padega.. Nahi to ₹43000 bharo.. How rude.. With your mistake we suffer. Great.. Since then almost every konth we are getting bill of more than ₹2000 amd again in october a bill of ₹15000. This month again a faulty meter reading. Every month since july we have to go to the MSEB office and get the bill corrected. Every month we have to take a dah leave from our work to get this crap of MSEB corrected, just to face those rude people in the MSEB office..

Bill is generated without taking readings. After several month bill is generated with actual high reading. This high reading is charged at higher slab rate. This causes very high amount of bill to be paid at later date. This has already happen to me once before.

MSED should ensure actual readings are taken every month with photograph as per their circular by field staff. Lax on part of employee to be checked and inconvenience/ financial burden to customer is to be avoided.

We have received month of Feb 16 MSEB bill for RS. 730.00, month of march 16 MSEB bill for RS. 720.00, month of April 16 MSEB bill for RS. 710.00 and month of April 16 MSEB bill for RS. 735.00

We are surprised to note that you have raised bill for the month of Feb, March, April and May 2016 for RS.730, 720, 710 & 735 respectively. But our meter checked by your employee in feb 16 and meter found faulty so meter is replaced by your employee on 23 feb 2016.after 23/02/2016 meter working ok.and reading as per following.
1) 23/02/2016 to 15/03/2016 --27 KWh.(27 Kwh)
2) 15/03/2016 to 15/04/2016 --54 Kwh.(54-27=27 Kwh)
3)15/04/2016 to 15/05/2016 -- 79 KWh.(79-54=25Kwh)
4) 15/05/2016 to 02/06/2016 --98 Kwh (98-79=19Kwh)

But readings on received bills as per following
1) feb 2016 current reading 1046 - previous reading 917 =129 KWh.
2) March 2016 current reading 1046 - previous reading 1046 =120 KWh.
3) April 2016 current reading 1046 - previous reading 1046 =120 KWh.
4)May 2016 current reading 1046 - previous reading 1046 =120 KWh.

Kindly read / study carefully for the month of Feb, March, April and May 2016 electricity bill you observed that current reading & previous reading remain the same Current Reading 1046 and Previous Reading 1046.


This means MSEB generating bill without reading meter & sending defaulty bill.

Kindly investigation & cancel bill amount.

Dear Sir,
we are reciving MSEB Bills for month of Dec.2012
The curint Bills amount is rs 320.
Our pervious Bills is rs 880 &Reading is 146.
But our Current Reading also 146 &Use of Unit is 59. Means Mseb athorty giving us Meter Status R.N.A.
This means Our Bills is Miscalculate. In fact our Monthly Unit is Near about 30 to 40 Unit.
MSEB VADUJ Div. is every time Send us that type foulty bills.They Send our bills lete everytime.
Is this not the way harrasing & looting Customer? So Please give us Justice.
