Company has not dispatched Order

I placed a prepaid order of Dr. Copper Water Bottle - 1000 ml 1 water bottle Rs. 749 from their official e-commerce website (https://www.drcopper.in/) on 30th December 2018 at 10:29 PM (ORDER NUMBER: ORD181215376) but my order has not dispatched till now.
