Driver Refused to give me a transfer

On the N70 NICE bus line heading to Suffolk county from Nassau between 6:30 - 7:30am this 4/9/19 morning, I forgot to get a transfer when boarding bus I then realized I had not as I approached my stop, and I proceeded to ask the driver for a transfer and he immediately told me no!!!.All the money I've spent on that line and I get a resounding no!! I Literally had to walk several blocks to get to work because the times the buses run between 6am and 8 am are sparse. I didn't get the drivers ID number or name I didn't cause a stink but felt let down in a big way as I walked into work which could have been avoided had the driver been a "NICE" guy which he was not at all. NICE should offer sensitivity training to its drivers because they lack empathy and real customer service.

Refused to give transfer

Nassau County Long Island New York today the Nice bus driver wasn't one bit nice. He refused to give me a transfer. Then he stood up in a aggressive manner saying what am I going to do about it. He wouldn't let passengers board. Finally a boarding passenger gave me their transfer. I paid my fair and had no money I was heading to work. Driver of the n40 bus 1022

Q12

Q12 seems to have most of the "not in service" busses. Northern boulevard & 223 gets skipped a lot by an empty bus, especially ruthless in bad weather. Just now a bus was approaching with the fake sign, the suspicion arose when I saw the bus slow down and be just on time just not letting people on. They are the worst during after work commute home. These guys are just burning gas killing environment for no reason. The screenshot shows that the bus was tracked as working, but he didn't pick up passengers.
