M8 bus
I take this bus route every single day twice a day. I don’t even buy a monthly bus pass because I’m either waiting in the morning over 10 minutes because it was super early or so late, or I’m waiting 20+ minutes in the evening because the 5:48 bus from 6th Avenue doesn’t show. I always have to wait until the 6:03 time-if that’s even on time. The group that sits piles up to 20 people and then the bus is so packed at that point it’s a mess. It’s ridiculous that many times I can get a cheaper uberpool ride that’s more dependable than public transportation. This is the 5th time the 5:48pm bus from 6th ave has not shown. When I address the next bus driver they just shrug their shoulders and say it’s not their fault. This is the LEAST dependable bus route when it comes to schedules. You truly never know when it’s coming.

MTA Bus M8
MTA Bus M8 / Bus # 6744, the driver was absolutely rude this afternoon. We board on Christopher Street at @ 2:15pm this afernoon.
The Bus Driver of the # 6744 bus did not pull up to the curb, but out in the middle of the street because he did not want to be bothered. We had to request twice for the driver to lower the bus, because we are people with disabilities. I said thank you, with no response, so I mentioned it again with no response. We just find this behavior to be rude, and the bus was completely empty with no passengers.
If he does not like what he does, he should not be a bus driver. The M8 bus is such an easy route from West to East Village, and the patrons that uses this route are very nice and pleasant. If this driver does not like working with the public, we're sure there are plenty of nice bus drivers that would want this route. We are paying customers and how hard is it to be a nice employee for the MTA. Upper management and Human Resources should have a heart to heart talk with him.

Bus driver nearly hit me with his driver door
My sister and I got on the Bx38 bus at 5:15 pm on Wednesday, 7/19/2017. Bus#4084 ID#033.
I put my transfer in and the bus driver started yelling step back, after I stepped behind the yellow line he pushed his driver door and slamed it against the pole nearly hitting me, he had better THANK the Most High that he did not hit me. He needs to be reprimanded for his negligent behavior if not fired, this onccident is very disturbing to me and I have witnesses to back up that what I am saying is true
