I have been trying to renew my BlackBerry z3 subscription.i have spoken to several of your consultants.they keep saying incoherent stuff.what is really wrong.you guys should get competent people to man ur costumer care.hope mtn will pay back my money wasted on mobile data usage.it is so annoying.

I have asked MTN to disconnect the CUG service of my company for over a year now.it was disconnected, however MTN is claiming it was a computer glitch that i should have reported and that we are owing over a million naira. Which i rejected and they have gone ahead to bar all lines on the platform.

MTN offered free daily health tips which I subscribed for. However, a few months later MTN started charging N50 per week and requested subscribers who wished to opt out to send UGH to 700. I wish to opt out but each time I send UGH to 700, I would be told to send the correct key word. This is looking more like a scam.

received text saying I had won a plasma TV and 31, 000 credit - call manager on 0806-433-5619 - called and was to told to load N1500 card to *555*131* plus the card pin - received mesage saying money would be paid in 12 hours -called manager and was told I could have the money - N31, ooo plus the N1500 I had loaded as cash and that I should call one mr Moses Attaka on 081-6402-5788 to arrange special delivery as they were not allowing people at their Apapa depot - all I had to do was load 4xN1500 to pay for delivery !!! This is a scam and I feel that it could not be worked without inside help from MTN Lagos/Abuja - 08 is surely an Abuja number.

I WAS SAID TO HAVE WON N2.M IN THE MTN SIM CARD REGISTRATION PROMO AND SHOULD CALL 08163584363 FOR MY CLAIM.
HOW DOSE ONE CONFIRM THE GENUINENESS OF THIS THIS TYPE OF CLAIMS. OHIKERE
