On the 19/12/2016 at 17:30:38 I bought a DSTV STANDARD DRCODE R599.00 at Ackermans Northmead Mall, I was given a number for Tebogo (0742986790) to call so he could install it for me. I phoned the guy who promised to come following day because it was already late, sms'd my address to him.(20/12/2016) he didn't come I phoned him and he said on the sms I didn't include my cell number so the other guy couldn't phone me before he comes so he will come the next day. 21/12/2016 I phoned him again and he told me that he's far in Daveyton so he can't come. I explained to him that I'm going to EC on Friday he has to come following day and he said I should phone him and let him know when I knock off and he will come(22/12/2016) at 5pm I phoned him and he said he's coming, it's 19:50 no call or anything from him. I left went to EC and I came back on the 01/01/2017, on the 02/01/2017 I phoned him and told him I'm back he said he will come the following day which is the 03/01/2017 he didn't come and phoned to say he's going to come the next day (04/01/2017) very early after 7am I should arrange someone to be at home. On the 04/01/2017 I arranged somebody to be home and the guy didn't come, phoned me around 4:30pm to say he's going to 2 customers and thereafter he will come straight to me. Today its the 05/01/2017 no installation. I am really not happy. Please arrange a very reliable person to install my dstv I don't want that Tebogo guy. 071 886 4353 Cwayita
