I recently upgraded my DSTV package to compact and added extra view in December 2020.
On the 10 January 2021 my account was suspended according to DSTV I did not pay for the upgrade and extra view, my question was the information that they are now telling me was never provided to me in the first place, I have had many instances where I called them in December and not once was I told, and to make things even worse I never received even an sms regarding this, now they just upruptly suspended their programming without any warning due to a lack of communication from their side.

When I called them they told me that they will go through their recordings which might take 24 to 48 working hrs, 48hrs has passed and i still have not heard anything from them their response now is that it takes longer than 48hrs.
My account is paid via debit order (which took place already in December) but now it seems they are not only charging me for half the package since it was connected on the 17th of December and extra view but I'm suppose to pay for a full month that's in arreas which is incorrect.
I'm still sitting with a TV that only playing multichoice ads.
