I have phoned Multichoice * times over the last * weeks to arrange for a refund (over R****) and every time I have been informed that the financial dept will phone me back! On Monday I was on the phone for ** minutes waiting to speak to a manager and eventually cut the call! And I am still waiting for a phone call!! Multichoice is very quick to cut service when customers don't pay but when they need to refund a customer, they have to wait!

A few months ago I asked multi-choice to cancel my services till further notice; simply because I'm never home and when I am home, it's just to rest and I leave again. This morning I received an SMS from multi choice asking for payment and I don't they will get an external collections company to collect the money on their behalf. And their customer is pathetic as well.
