on the 26 nov 2015 I phoned in and told the guy I spoke with we will go on holiday 16th dec to 27 dec. I want to cut of dstv for that time. he told me I can just phone in a day before it will be done and there will not be any cost

I phone the 17th and spoke with Busiswa she said sorry but I can be done I must have phoned the 1st of Dec. I told her its not want the guy told me. she said she will listen to the call and phone me back

I phone twice again with no result

I phoned the 30th again and ask to speak to a supervisor. I expect a refund for this period. I spoke with jabalela again she also said the will listen to call and come back to me. again nobody phoned me. I instist on better service and on a credit
