Suspension of my service
My service is suspended despite having paid monthly subscription for dstv compact. This act of suspending my service has been going on for the last six months.
I have to keep spending money to alert multi choice of the error and I keep receiving words of apology. I am fed up with multi choice appalling customer service.
I request that this bad practice be stopped with mediate effect and my service be reinstated without interruption
