I need your help and guidance as to where I should log my complaints please.

I am a DSTV customer:
I would like to know why they would just cancel a series in midair, according to channel 159 A girl named Feriha was still screened on 21.09.18, reading as episode 65, when you go and view it on the internet it is not really channel 65, then on Monday night 24.09.18 a new series started. This just when the story was picking up momentum. It is so disappointing.

I logged a call – reference number 312165 with no further response.

Referring to my first complaint, exactly the same happened again last night.

I would like to know why they would just cancel a series in midair, according to channel 126 Fox Life ‘Second Chance’ was still screened on 16.10.18, reading as episode 123, when you go and view it on the internet it is not really channel 123, then on Wednesday night 17.10.18 a new series started – ‘You’re Mine’. This just when the story was picking up momentum.

What is the purpose of them advertising DSTV specials like the explorer, and as soon as it is installed,
you get the shock that two of your favourite series are stopped in mid air.

Why do they continue doing this, there should be some explanation, what is the purpose of them advertising with various specials if this is the kind of treatment they supply.

It is extremely annoying that they have no consideration for their paying customers.
Could you advise please.
