I am on a pricelock with DSTV i have got four months left on it, i've got a old Explora 2a it is now giving
me problums i can not watch a recording because it got alot of snow it looks like when there is very bad
weather but even worse, i went and bought a new decoder now your people tell me they can not connect
it as i am on a pricelock. what can i do i am paying ever month but i can not watch dstv (recordings).
how do i go about canceling my dstv.

I phoned Multichoice on behalf of my husband, MR GD WILKINSON, confirming if payment has been received , and they advised that they will escalate it to Price lock

I just want to inform you that payments of almost or we did pay R900 and some odd Rands since the 24th so far on this account, they keep on disconnected our service I mean this is a contract and we pay as many as we can , I really feel that you are not giving us the benefit of a doubt here, I want to be reconnected as in NOW, or else we will cancel this contract or will do otherwise.

Kindly get back to me if you going to reconnect me now or should we cancel this Price lock .
