We have a PR dual view which is playing up terribly. The decoder is loading at irregular intervals, sometimes as many as ten to twelve times in our ten hours of viewing. Yes I know all about the decoder not being compatible to your new soft ware etc. But please consider this, we are aged (83 & 77) special welfare pensioners and our TV is our only entertainment . At this particular time having to buy your latest addition is a bit beyond us. We have managed to get the decoder into MultiChoice Benoni on five occasions and they given us excellent service. Now the decoder has really gone on strike. We have no remote , the TV two cannot work and has linked with TV 1. Now we are paying premium rate for very inferior service. I feel very strongly about this and suggest that our monthly fee should be reduced considerably so that we can save enough to be able to up grade to a EXPLORA. We would to hear your view on this, and we can see if you DO have good service,as you keep bragging about
