On 5th May i took my two decoders in to multichoice service center as it was faulty and giving poor quality on tv, the staff checked both decoders and as im explaining to her what it does to my tv she has an attaitude and a know it all response towards me she then saw the decoders are non responsive amd bear in mind i have insurance on both decoders with her attitude she comes back to me with two refurbished decoders tests it both and with that it still showed glitches and she tried ro brush me off telling me its the signal, im angry as a customer because i hvae insurance on both and was supposed to be issued new decoders like the other clients i saw rescieved with same problems before me and there was no need for this staff Asthandana i think her name is was. Im sure you guys logged every case and can pick up name of your staff. Im still having a problem with these second hand decoders it changrs channels by itself and i really do not want to spend almost half the day in a long queue just to have a rude staff treat me poorly and tell me im wrong again. In the initial process i wss supposed to be issued two new decoders instead of refurbished ones that im having more problems with. I would like this issue resolved as im not watching dstb for free and i am paying your fees and insurance on time every month. Kindly sort my problem out as im extremely happy and extremly heart broken.
