I have bought a DSTV Explora on 28 December 2016. While I spoke to the agent to active the Explora Decoder I have requested that you cancel my old decoder insurance of R20 and add insurance for the Explora decoder.
On 31 December I phoned again switching to debit order and again asked for cancellation of my old decoder R20 and adding only insurance for the Explora.

I have checked my statement and it is still not corrected. That is terrible service.

Please note that should anything happen to the Explora, you will cover that as from 28 December as I have phoned and requested that on number of occasions.

I want immediately and urgently assistance to correct this.

I’m tired of phoning, so ensure it is done now and email me with relevant info or documents I need and confirmation of insurance on my Explora. It is a simple switch that is not done in over 2 weeks, terrible.

I have been emailing daily and still don't get any assistance. Pathetic, seriously. It is almost a month and I don't get assistance and it is still not corrected.
