My subscription date chage

I called dstv on the 15 feb 2019 informing them on my payment change date the agent assisted me well I asked her how much must I pay she said no I will pay 470 on the 15 as my new date.to mysuprise this morning my subscription was disconnected. I called they say I must pay 165 now then 470 again this it's day light robbery. Y must I pay this much my subscription it's 385 my id 7208190389082.This wrong

Bad services

Entertainment and programs fails our subscription fees. It's not a pleasure scrolling from one channel to another to get your monies worth on DSTV. More and more programs i.e. series, movies etc. get repeated over and over. When new series arrives adverts take more of the scheduled time then the series it selves. More people are diverting to NetFlex because of this kind of services and more will. DSTV will have to pull up there socks to keep business.
