Train from panvel to cst which arrives at 6.16am at kharghar gets cancelled frequently without any good reason.this causes lots of problem for commuters to go to work on time.

To Authorities of Mumbai Harbour Line Railway,

We are regular commuters on the Harbour Line Mumbai Railway. We would like to raise a few problems which we face on a daily basis.

There is no TC on the harbour line ever !! Till date we have not seen a TC in the peak morning & evening hours.
The ladies First Class compartment is specially open for anyone and everyone.
There is nobody to check so all beggars , drunkards, nuisance people enter the ladies 1st Class compartment.
From Mankhurd everyday there are boys who climb the windows of the ladies 1st class compartment and still there are no policemen to stop them.
They will also enter the compartment and stare at women and pass rude & vulgar comments.

We have compliant to station master in Vashi and Kurla. Despite placing so many complaints, no action has been taken, no TC’s have been allotted to check ladies 1st Class compartments. Then why are we expected to pay so much money ??? We feel very unsafe when we travel by harbour line!!

We are a group of 10 women who travel together and face this issue regularly. And we are sure many more women feel the same.

Please take necessary action against our complaints
